All of my dealings with John have been friendly, professional, and honest. I just recently purchased a great vehicle here, and I will again. As for the way people are using Google reviews to take out their frustration on a small business: Used vehicles are only as good as their previous owners have treated them, and I’m getting the sense that a lot of the negative reviews here (unfairly) treat John as if he’s personally operated each vehicle on his lot from the first kilometre. It’s a shame that people, without anyone else to point a finger at, treat independent dealers like this.
